Annukka is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to ensure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you immediately to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or refund.
We are just as excited as you about your new purchases, we will send them out within 1-2 business days from receipt of payment.

Shop away with confidence….obviously we hope you love your purchases…but if for any reason you don’t, or they are not suitable, or you need a different size, you are welcome to an exchange or a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us if you are buying for a gift and need a longer period of time for this.
All products must be checked for damage due to freight immediately on delivery and advised to Annukka within 24 hours.

We keep our printing to a minimum, so we do not send printed order confirmations, these are emailed at the time of placing your order.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. All products must be returned in their original condition.
